Jasveen Sangha, once known for her lavish Instagram lifestyle, now finds herself at the center of a chilling investigation into Matthew Perry’s fatal ketamine overdose.

As prosecutors unveil the disturbing network of drug suppliers, shocking details emerge, including how Perry’s own doctor viewed him as nothing more than a “cash cow” and injected him with dangerously high doses of ketamine.

Sangha, 41, along with four others, was charged in August for providing Perry with the fatal dose of ketamine in October last year. Among those arrested are Perry’s personal assistant and two doctors who allegedly facilitated the drug supply.

An indictment revealed that Perry’s assistant and an acquaintance collaborated with two doctors to secure ketamine in the weeks leading up to his death. Sangha, meanwhile, stands accused of directly supplying the ketamine that led to Perry’s fatal overdose.

Sangha’s connection to drug-related deaths doesn’t end with Perry. Prosecutors allege she sold ketamine to Cody McLaury, who died from an overdose in 2019. After learning of his death, Sangha reportedly searched online to see if ketamine could be listed as a cause of death.

Even after McLaury’s death, Sangha allegedly continued her illegal activities, running what prosecutors described as a “drug-selling emporium.” Her North Hollywood home, labeled the “Sangha Stash House,” was reportedly a hub for distributing drugs to her high-end clientele.

Sangha’s alleged involvement with Perry began in mid-October, just days before his tragic death. Prosecutors claim the ketamine she provided on October 24 led to the actor’s fatal overdose just four days later.

Prosecutors believe Sangha’s role became critical when Plasencia, who had previously supplied Perry with ketamine, faced supply issues. This gap in supply allegedly led Sangha to step in, with fatal consequences.

The indictment reveals that Dr. Salvador Plasencia viewed Matthew Perry, 54, as an easy source of money. In text messages exchanged with Dr. Mark Chavez, Plasencia referred to Perry as a “moron” and eagerly anticipated how much he could charge the actor.

Administering Dangerous Doses

Plasencia not only supplied Perry with ketamine but also personally administered the drug, once injecting 360 milligrams over an hour-long visit. He even taught Perry’s assistant, Kenneth Iwamasa, how to inject the drug, leaving behind syringes and ketamine in exchange for $4,500.

In early October 2023, Iwamasa ordered “8 bottles of Dr. Pepper,” a code for vials of ketamine, from Plasencia. On October 12, Plasencia injected Perry with a large dose that caused the actor to “freeze up” and spike his blood pressure, leaving the doctor visibly shaken.

As Plasencia’s supply dwindled, Perry’s associates turned to Jasveen Sangha, who boasted of having a “master chef” producing ketamine. Sangha, who supplied Perry with large quantities, even threw in ketamine lollipops as a bonus.

In the days leading up to Perry’s death, Iwamasa administered at least 15 ketamine injections supplied by Sangha. On October 28, 2023, the day Perry was found dead in his hot tub, Iwamasa gave him the final three doses, using needles provided by Plasencia.

Shortly after Perry’s death, Sangha sent a Signal message to Erik Fleming, instructing him to “delete all our messages.” Now, nine months later, Sangha and four others face a series of serious charges in connection with Perry’s death.
